More Information

The cabin is available for long-term stays only, with a minimum booking of one month. Please contact us for rates. Rates include utilities and internet.

Location

The Duncan Lake Cabin is located just a 30 minute drive north of Kaslo along Highway 31 in the Lardeau Valley.

Parking

Multiple parking is available up a short driveway. Four wheel drive is recommended, especially in the winter months.

Kitchen-Living Area

An open concept kitchen-living area has a comfy couch, a dining table, chairs and a small desk. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, fridge/freezer, ceramic top stove, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker.

Main Bedroom

The open loft upstairs is the main sleeping area with a rustic one-of-a-kind king-size bed. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower and heated towel racks.

Extra Room

An extra room is located downstairs. It can be a cosy private sitting area or a second bedroom with a queen mattress. The adjoining washroom has a toilet and sink as well as a laundry with washer and dryer.

Wi-Fi

Our cabin comes with Wi-fi. Please note there is no cell phone service.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

A minimum stay of one month is required.

What are the rates?

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made directly through the contact form on our website or by contacting us via email.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 4 PM, and we kindly ask guests to check out by 11 AM.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. For further details, please contact us.

Are pets allowed at the cabin?

No pets are allowed

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes?

Absolutely no smoking!

Is firewood included?
Guests must bring their own firewood. Under no circumstances may trees, branches, or any other vegetation be cut, damaged, or removed from the property for firewood.
Only dry, seasoned firewood may be used.
Is there a generator?
In the event of a power outage, a generator is located in the power shed at the beginning of the driveway.
