House Rules
Minimum Stay
- The cabin is available for long-term stays only.
- A minimum stay of one month is required.
Cleaning
- The cabin must be left clean and tidy. This includes taking out the trash, removing any food from the premises and
placing all laundry in a pile in the kitchen. - Failure to do so will result in a $200 CAD cleaning fee.
Firewood
- Guests must bring their own firewood.
- Cutting, damaging, or removing trees, branches, or vegetation from the property is strictly prohibited.
- Only dry, seasoned firewood may be used.
Fire Restrictions & Open Flames
- Guests must comply with all local, regional, and provincial fire restrictions.
- During fire bans, open fires, fire pits, campfires, and outdoor burning are strictly prohibited.
Generator
- In the event of a power outage, a generator is located in the power shed at the beginning of the driveway.
- Guests must follow all operating instructions and safety guidelines.
Use of Property
- No parties, events, or commercial use are permitted.
- Only registered guests may occupy the property.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only and must be done responsibly.
Respect for Property & Nature
- Guests must respect the cabin, surrounding land, wildlife, and neighboring properties.
- Any damage may result in additional charges.
Compliance
- Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
